On August 7th, Wang Bo, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC Group), met with Li Cili, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Machinery Industry Instrumentation Group Co., Ltd. (CMII), at CMEC Group Headquarters. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on strengthening collaboration between member enterprises within the group and jointly exploring overseas markets.

Li Cili expressed sincere gratitude for Chairman Wang Bo’s warm reception and thanked CMEC Group for its care and support for CMII. Li also introduced CMII’s “four product lines” and “four business lines,” as well as the company’s future development direction.

Li expressed hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to leverage CMEC Group’s strong competitive advantage in international operations and CMII’s rich experience in scientific research and intelligent manufacturing. The aim is to continuously strengthen mutual cooperation on overseas engineering projects, explore new cooperation models, expand into new fields, and jointly contribute to the national equipment manufacturing industry.

Wang Bo, on behalf of CMEC Group, once again congratulated CMII on its official establishment and warmly welcomed Li Cili and his delegation. Wang introduced CMEC Group’s development history, strategic planning, domestic and international market layout, and main business progress. He also highlighted the achievements made since CMEC Group’s shift to a more entity-based operation and discussed how CMEC Group has leveraged its international operational advantages to promote the “going global” strategy for Chinese equipment.

Wang Bo stated that the establishment of CMII is a significant strategic move for SINOMACH in the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, with immense prospects for future development. Both sides should continue to build differentiated competitive advantages, deepen the integration of resources in their respective areas of strength, engage in pragmatic cooperation, and vigorously promote “strategic synergy, value synergy, and innovation synergy” to achieve high-quality development. This collaboration will contribute to the success of the “SINOMACH-made” and “SINOMACH equipment” initiatives going global.

During the visit, Li Cili and his delegation were accompanied by Wang Bo to tour the CMEC Group exhibition hall.

The exchange was attended by Xie Ke, Party Committee Member and Vice General Manager of CMEC Group, relevant leaders from China Machinery Industry Instrumentation Group, as well as heads of associated enterprises. Leaders from China National Automation Control System Corporation (CACS), CMEC Industrial Technology, and department heads from CMEC Group Headquarters’ Comprehensive Management Department and Operations Management Department also participated in the meeting.
